Del Rio Engineering

Del Rio Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Mr. Suleiman Masoud, PE, and has been its principal engineer and operations manager since. Mr. Masoud has over 27 years of experience in civil design, construction and land development with emphasis on development consulting and construction management.

DRE is an organization dedicated to advancing the science of engineering by harmonizing construction practices with engineering design principles. We feel a major responsibility to our clients to provide the most economical and rational solutions possible. Our satisfaction is derived from being able to work closely with clients and offer the personalized service that only a modest-sized firm can.

As civil engineering continues to evolve as a profession, an increasingly important consideration is the effect on the environment. Our philosophy is to provide services that will be beneficial to everyone concerned. Balancing these various interests with the most judicious use of our natural and human resources is our primary goal.
